89ED F6.7 – NOZOMI

Our primary target for a new objective was 600mm focal length to compete with Nikon and Canon gigantic lenses in size, weight and price. But it shouldn’t be as large as previous 101EDII, which was a bit too large as telephoto lens and spotting scope. At the viewpoint of those factors, the specs – 89mm/F6.7 was determined.
