Another advantage for Poseidon is the tilt plate adjustment. Unlike other brands, the camera body doesn’t have to be taken apart from the telescope. This must be tremendously comfortable if the adjustment is needed.

There are 4 pairs of push/pull screws as shown above. This is really clever design and must be very practical under the dark sky. Adjusting without taking apart from the telescope must be tremendous value especially to the fast optics users like RASAs and for full frame sensor cameras scheduled to be released sometime soon.

I hope this process won’t be needed. But we don’t have to be worried about that at all. It looks quite easy and comfortable. Thanks to Player One! This looks a really good mechanical design.
