Comet PAN-STARRS Growing Up

The comet is looking good. It might not be as bright as we expected. But it looks getting larger and larger these days. Following image was taken by Minoru Yoneto in New Zealand.

Next week should be comet week for our northern hemisphere astronomers. For BORG astrograph users, take optics advantage – fast speed and wide field. I’m considering to use 125SD F3.9 or 71FL F3.9 with 6D – depending on what size of comet will become next week.

This image was taken with 330mm focal length with APS-C sized sensor, which gives us a lot of  suggestions for our rig selection.

For BORG astrograph owners in northern hemisphere, this is the target for your optics and the best chance to use it!!
