2012X1 with Olympus E-PL5

This was taken with a new objective called code name “2012×1”. This is 1st new objective as well as  last this year.  I hope more number of new objectives will be coming up from BORG next year. Anyway, 2012×1 has around 620mm focal length. So please guess what it is.

2012×1 + E-PL5

This lens looks suitable for visual observing and imaging for planet, lunar and solar. Also this should be good for deep-sky observing too.  Please keep your eye opened. I hope we can officially announce more details soon.

Olympus new camera – E-PL5 looks very good too. According to BORG Japan, this creates finer details than E-M5. Also some test report say it makes better S/N ratio than any other Olympus cameras including E-M5. I think an external EVF is a kind of must-item for more convenience. In any cases, Olympus is still doing very good job to improve camera performance.
